Meet Wilma. This is a doll that Annika got for her birthday, and she has become a big part of our family. The girls take care of this doll like she were real. Now this doll is not one of those fancy, expensive dolls, that talks, tinkles, or anything like that. This doll came from Big Lots! She is so cute. She has blue eyes, she's kinda wrinkly like a baby, and well, we love her. She sleeps by Annika's bed. When we leave, the girls either make sure Mark can watch her while he's working, or she just stays in Annika's room and sleeps. Unfortunately Wilma is naked most of the time, not sure why we can't keep our dolls clothed. When the girls spent the night at grandma & grandpa's h
ouse a couple of weeks ago, of course they took Wilma,
and on the trip over, they were very concerned about how the dog Toby would respond to Wilma. It's funny. For a long time, when the girls said their prayers at night, they prayed for a baby brother. I think Wilma has taken his place (at least that takes the pressure off!) Oh, and I'm not sure where Annika got the name Wilma, I think since we saw Charlotte's Web the day she got the doll, she thought "Wilma" was the female form of "Wilbur".

We love Wilma at Grandma and Grandpa's house, too! Since she had no clothes on when she got to our house, we wrapped her up in a blanket so she would be warm and made a special bed for her. She slept all night and was very well behaved! We are looking forward to having Wilma come visit us again along with Taylor and Annika at the end of February.

Wilma is a GREAT name, what a cute scrapbook page that would be! Your girls will love that one day! What is Mark doing by the way that he can work from home? And is there a potential "baby brother" soon? Just wondering! However, Wilma will be hard to replace...you are precious April
Ohhhh Wilma! That's cute.
I think that is so cute! And my favorite picture is the one of Mark watching Wilma at his desk!! =)
We have naked babies too! Love the pic of Mark babysitting!
